This section is here to help provide some information, self help resources and suggest ways you might get further help locally and online. These resources are likely to be helpful for all young people and their families regardless of whether you are to be seen by CAMHS or not

Young People 

We all need support sometimes and talking to someone who knows you is always a good place to start.

There are lots of self help resources and tools you can access to help you during times of difficulty. 

Parents and Carers 

Help is also available for you. Talking to your child's school, a school nurse, GP or social worker (if you have one) can help you access extra help if you need it.  There are also lots of self help resources and tools you can access to help you to support your child during times of difficulty.
