Eligibility

You need to fit the following criteria: 

• Live and/or work in Tayside

• Be self-employed or employed in a small to medium size enterprise (upto 250 employees nationally)

• Have a health problem that is affecting you at work during your working day

• Currently be at work or on a short-term absence of upto 3 weeks
